Dr. Lee serves as the Local System Manager (LSM) and provides overall leadership for ITC Heartland. He oversees program administration, fiscal management, compliance, community partnerships, and the delivery of Early Intervention services throughout the Heartland region.

Tessa partners with families to coordinate Early Intervention services, facilitate IFSP meetings, connect families with community resources, and support children throughout their Early Intervention experience.

Leah supports ITC Heartland through data management, reporting, record maintenance, and administrative activities that ensure accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal requirements.

Claire Weisenburger, B.S.

Claire supports ITC Heartland while completing her graduate studies in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Longwood University. During the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 semesters, she assists with office operations, documentation, data management, intake activities, and special projects while gaining experience in Virginia's Early Intervention system.
