The Office of Cashiering and Student Accounts generates 1098-T Tax forms to assist students and parents with filing education-related taxes with the Internal Revenue Services (IRS).

Not all students qualify to receive a 1098-T. You will not receive a 1098-T if you:

1098-T forms for the previous tax year will be made available for viewing by January 31 of the following tax year.

Once registered, you will need to provide your Heartland Key. If you have not received this in an email, you must contact Heartland Customer Care at (866) 428-1098.
Once your identity has been verified, Customer Care can provide this information over the phone or in an email.
