Before Orientation

1. Submit a Photo for Your Lancer Card
Upload your photo in advance to avoid lines!
Visit the Lancer Card Services webpage for photo guidelines and instructions.

2. Review the Financial Responsibility Agreement
This agreement outlines your responsibilities for tuition, fees, and account management. Be sure to review it carefully.

3. Enroll in Direct Deposit for Refunds
Direct deposit is the fastest and most secure way to receive your loan refunds. Set up direct deposit to have funds sent directly to your bank account.

4. Add Your SSN or TIN for Tax Forms
To receive your 1098-T tax form, we must have your Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax Identification Number (TIN) on file. Submit your SSN or TIN securely online to avoid delays at orientation.
