What meeting and event space is available in Upchurch?

The Soza Ballroom on the second level is the largest event space in Upchurch. There are 10 meeting rooms, a tiered chamber room and a performance stage available for reservation by students, faculty and staff. There are two lounges and ample common space located throughout the center’s three levels.

When will we be able to start reserving meeting space in Upchurch?

Starting on Thursday, Oct. 18, you can go to https://25live.collegenet.com/longwood to reserve your space. If you have questions about space reservations please contact Mic Brunner at brunnermf@longwood.edu.

What are the hours of the different food options located within the center?

• Au Bon Pain Specializing in breakfast, hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups and pastries and offering a seasonal menu of craveable options.

  Fri. 7:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  Sat.-Sun. 10:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. (full service); 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. (grab and go)

What forms of payment are accepted at the food venues in Upchurch?

Au Bon Pain, FarmGrill, Panda Express and Starbucks will accept Bonus Dollars, Lancer Cash, credit cards and cash. FarmGrill will offer a meal exchange on limited menu items.

Will I be able to use Starbucks gift cards at this location?

Yes! Starbucks gift cards will be accepted at the Upchurch location. You can also collect Starbucks Rewards points on purchases but you cannot redeem them at this location.

Will I be able to use Panda Express or Au Bon Pain gift cards at the center’s locations?

No, gift cards are not accepted at these two locations.

What games and entertainment will be available in Upchurch?

On the first level of Upchurch there is a game area that has a pool table, ping pong table and  foosball table. There is also a gaming pod where you can hook up your own video gaming devices. Near the game area there is a performance stage for Lancer Productions programing and other entertainment.
