Student Support Desk

Help Desk

The Help Desk is available Monday -  Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. on the ground floor of the French building.

Reset Passwords

LancerNet or Live Mail

You can reset your LancerNet password at any time via the web. Remember that your LancerNet password expires on a 120 cycle. An expiration notice will be sent to your Longwood email account 10 days prior to expiration.

Your Live Mail password is set to never expire. If you are in need of a Live Mail password reset, you will need to contact the Help Desk at 434-395-4357 or Toll Free (877) 267-7883.

Software Packages

All current students have access to a free download of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) via their Live Mail account. Simply log on to Live Mail and click on the Office 365 tab at the top of the page to access the download.

Other software packages are available to Longwood students at discounted prices.

Microsoft Office 365 software is available to current students only and that access will be removed upon graduation.
