Please join us for the Fall Student Showcase for Research and Creative Inquiry on Wednesday, November 19, 2025.

We have an exciting set of in-person events planned starting at 9:00am, with over 400 presentations by undergraduate students scheduled on November 19.

The day is organized like a conference, with hour-long poster sessions occurring in the Blackwell Ballroom all day (9:45-4:30), and concurrent oral presentation sessions occurring  in Maugans, Rotunda and Bedford (9:45-5:30). There will also be theatre performances in the CSTAC Lab Theater, music performances in the Molnar Recital Hall, and a 3 Minute Student Presentation Competition in Maugans.

This fall's Keynote Address will be given by Dr. Lee Millar Bidwell, Professor of Sociology at Longwood University, at 9:00am in the Virginia Room in Maugans.

As part of the QEP, we are also offering the following Career Development Workshops during the Student Showcase. These workshops are open to all students (students do not need to present at the Student Showcase to attend these career development opportunities).
