In the interest of transparency and information sharing for prospective members of student organizations, information is made available by the Longwood University Office of Student Conduct and Integrity regarding violations of Hazing regulations for organizations that have been charged through the Conduct process.
As defined in the Student Handbook
EXPULSION or DISCIPLINARY SUSPENSION
Students responsible for violating the following may receive a minimum sanction of Expulsion or Disciplinary Suspension
Hazing - Bodily Injury: Hazing or otherwise mistreating as defined by the Anti-Hazing Policy so as to cause bodily injury (see Anti-Hazing Policy).
DISCIPLINARY PROBATION
Students responsible for violating the following may receive a minimum sanction of Disciplinary Probation
Hazing - Non Bodily Injury: Hazing or otherwise mistreating as defined by the Anti-Hazing Policy up to, but not including acts that induce bodily injury.
