Costs and Insurance

Longwood's Speech, Hearing, and Learning Services participates with most major insurance carriers. Please call 434-395-2972 and speak with an administrative assistant to get more information on participating insurances and fees.

Due to the generous donations of others, SHLS has funds available to off-set costs for clients who have financial needs. Therefore, clients may apply for a sliding fee scale discount.  These applications are available upon request. SHLS Office Manager will assist clients in making financial arrangements for payment.  If you would like to inquire about the sliding fee scale please call the Office Manager to discuss privately.
