Order an Official Transcript

Official transcripts are available anytime through the National Student Clearinghouse. Major credit cards are accepted and your card will only be charged after your order is completed. In addition to the cost of the transcript, a processing fee is charged by the vendor for this service. Order updates are available via email, mobile text messaging, and online order number tracking.

Official Transcript Attachments

You may attach one document to be delivered with your official transcript. The Office of the University Registrar will review the document and determine if it is appropriate to be sent by the University on behalf of the student. If the Office of the University Registrar does not validate the document, it will not be sent with the transcript order. Some examples of a valid document are:

• Admission Application forms (Law, Medical, Graduate School, Nursing)
• Scholarship Application forms

Privacy

Official transcripts issued to students will bear the stamp "Official Transcript Issued to Student" and will be placed in a signed and sealed envelope. Please follow the required instructions of the receiving institution/agency for an official transcript.
