All parking requests (visitor parking, individual spaces and event parking) are managed via the campus scheduling system.

Log on to: https://25live.collegenet.com/longwood with your Longwood credentials and follow the prompts; parking is selected on the “Resources” page.

If you need to add parking to an existing event confirmation please email scheduling@longwood.edu listing the event name and confirmation number in the subject line. (Confirmation numbers follow this format 2018-ABCXXX.)

If your event is within 4 days, or if your meeting is in a room not listed, write parking request in the subject line and email the request to: scheduling@longwood.edu
