Packages and signature required mail can be picked up at the window between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
We will hold your mail for a maximum of 30 days. After 30 days it will be returned to the sender.

Yes! We offer a wide selection of stamps and booklets.
Packaging
No, we do not sell packaging. Occasionally we have free, used, student donated packaging to give away.
Bring your package to the Longwood Post Office sales counter in Graham and we'll help you compare shipping prices and pick the best shipping option for your package.
You also have the option to use UPS for express or ground service.
We accept cash, Lancer CA$H, and personal checks made out to Longwood University. Sorry, no credit or debit cards at this time.
Residential Students
All residential students maintain the same LU Box # year after year.
Off-Campus Students
If you move off-campus, you must forfeit your LU Box.
Don't forget to let the Registrar's Office know your new local address.
We do not offer Registered Mail or Money Order services.
