Students that squat their current apartment space for the 2025-2026 academic year will have the option to select 12-month housing. There is no additional housing cost to students to remain in housing over the summer term. Those eligible to select 12-month housing will receive an email from Residential & Commuter Life at the conclusion of housing registration with information on how to select this option.

Residents returning to the same assignment, but do not wish to participate in 12-month housing, will still be eligible to participate in the summer storage program. The summer storage program allows residents to keep their belongings within their assigned bed space during the summer term at no additional cost. Those eligible will receive an email from Residential & Commuter Life with information regarding the program at the conclusion of housing registration.
