Paying Your Bill

Billing Schedule

Longwood will bill you twice each year: beginning in July for the fall semester and December for the spring semester. Half of your financial aid will be applied to each bill. 

Payment Plans

Longwood offers the option to pay some or all of your direct costs through an interest-free monthly payment plan. The cost to enroll is only $5 per semester. Learn more about Monthly Payment Plans.

Refunds

If you have more financial aid than the amount of your bill, you will be issued a refund, but please plan accordingly.  Financial Aid funds are paid the third week of each semester. Book vouchers are available before school begins, which means you may use your anticipated refund at the Longwood Barnes & Noble Bookstore to purchase books and supplies.

529 Plans

If you will be paying any portion of the bill with a 529 plan, contact your plan administrator to arrange payment to Longwood. Learn more about Billing Processes.
