Early Support. Lifelong Impact.

The fully online Early Childhood Special Education Endorsement coursework will help you prepare to work with young children who have developmental delays or disabilities by completing nine courses that align with VDOE standards for the Special Education Early Childhood Endorsement (birth – age five years).

Why an Endorsement?

This coursework opens doors by offering busy licensed teachers the opportunity to add valuable Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) endorsement credentials to their resumes. The Early Childhood Special Education Endorsement consists of nine courses delivered through an online format that makes the experience realistic and achievable for full-time teachers. A provisional Special Education license is not required to begin courses.
