Meet employers and graduate programs from a wide range of industries. Career fairs are your chance to practice networking, explore opportunities, and make valuable contacts.

Practice professional introductions and conversations in a fast-paced format. You’ll rotate through quick chats with alumni and professionals from a variety of fields.


Meet & Greets

Engage in more casual networking events that mimic the professional world. Some are broad, while others are tailored to specific majors or industries.


Alumni Career Chats

Get one-on-one advice from a Longwood alum in your field of interest. These virtual or in-person meetings provide practical insights and guidance. Allow up to two weeks for a match.

Mentorship Program

Take your networking deeper with a semester-long mentorship. You’ll be matched with a Longwood alum in your career field and meet at least three times (in person or virtually) to set goals, gain advice, and map out a path toward your future.

Timeline

  • Aug–Sept: Faculty nominations open
  • Oct–Nov: Students notified of mentor matches
  • Jan: Orientation & kickoff
  • Jan–Apr: Regular meetings and check-ins (8–10 hours total)
