How do I participate as an employer at a Longwood Career Fair?
Fall University-Wide Career, Internship, and Graduate School Fair
October 2, 2025
Longwood’s Fall 2025 Career, Internship, and Graduate School Fair (inclusive of all industries, fields, and majors) will be held on Thursday, October 2nd from 1:00-4:00 p.m. in Blackwell Hall. Registration is now open on Handshake and includes a light breakfast, lunch for up to four company representatives, a table with tablecloth, a table sign, and afternoon snacks. Registration is limited to 65 participating companies and will close on Friday, September 26th.
Small businesses and small non-profits (with fewer than 15 employees) can receive a discounted registration price. Please email Megan Miller at millermp@longwood.edu to request the discount.
2025 Teacher Recruitment Day
October 30, 2025
Longwood University’s Teacher Recruitment Day will be held on Thursday, October 30th, 2025 from 1:00-4:00 pm. Please note this fair has been held previously in the spring but has been moved to the fall due to feedback from students and divisions.
We will be providing schools with the opportunity to conduct on-site interviews in the afternoon. The Fair portion of the day will run from1:00-4:00 pm, followed by lunch, and an interview period from 4:15-5:45 pm.
Registration for the event is $300.00 and includes space for 4 representatives, a table, tablecloth, table tent with school name, morning and afternoon snacks, and lunch. Teacher Recruitment Day has a limit of 65 participating schools/districts.
