WellTrack Boost is a free app that is available to all Longwood students, faculty and staff. It is designed to help you understand your mental health and to provide you with the help that you need right now.
WellTrack Boost’s evidence-based tools are effective and easy to use. It is a secure and anonymous way for users to assess their personal well-being and quickly and gain access to resources tailored to help them make progress in changing thoughts and behaviors that are not working for them.
WellTrack Boost's suite of online tools and courses use aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you identify, understand, and address issues like stress, resiliency, anxiety and/or depression. WellTrack Boost is a self-guided and interactive way to manage your mental well-being.
The app also includes resources that can direct you to help if you are struggling with
WellTrack Boost can be used to complement the services and tools CAPS already offers, but you do not need to use CAPS services to start using the WellTrack Boost app.
Register
To register for an account, download the WellTrack Boost app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and register using your Longwood email address. This service is also available on the web at longwood.welltrack.com.
